African Creations Policies
When you place an order with African creations, you agree to these terms and conditions whether you place the order by phone or on any of our websites.
Our computerized inventory and shopping cart systerm make these sites your One Stop Shop for African Handicrafts. We utilize a secure processing site for safe, secure online transactions. Our shopping cart systerm allows you to browse through our site and place items that interest you into your "shopping cart". Kindly feel free to use it!!. It's so user friendly, you can always change your order quantities and delete products when you go to check out.
Order Confirmation:
You should receive electronic receipt upon check out, please print and save it. This serves as a confirmation of your order. If any items are unavailable, we will notify you via e-mail. You will not be contacted after your order is placed unless there is a problem.
In Stock Items:
All orders placed for In STOCK merchandise will be shipped within 2 to 3 days via UPS ground, FEDEX ground or USPS. If any item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified within 1-2 days. Due to the high demand for our products, occasionally an item that is listed as IN STOCK may actually be sold out. In that event, your order will be shipped as complete as possible.
Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Personal Check and Money order. We also ship COD as well. You will be billed for only the items we ship + shipping charges. You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipping.
Shipping:
Shipping and handling charges which averages around 10 - 20% depending on weight and destination will be added to the order. We will e-mail you the total invoice including shipping charges before you receive your order. A copy will also be included in the shipment.
Returns:
Kindly notify us of all returns within 5days of receiving your order. All returns must be authorized before shipping back to us. Any damaged item due to shipping must be inspected by the carrier before a claim can be filed. You will be refunded fully or sent a replacement if available, for any damage product.
